Boxlight announces Lamps 4 life program
Belfair, WA (August 2, 2010) BOXLIGHT has announced a new lamp warranty exchange program, Lamps 4 Life. The new Lamps 4 Life warranty program will eliminate the need to purchase new lamps each time a replacement is needed for any new BOXLIGHT Seattle Series, Interactive, or MP Series projector. A one time membership will guarantee a lifetime of lamp exchanges for the BOXLIGHT customer.
The Lamps 4 Life program was developed to guarantee that BOXLIGHT customers always have access to replacement projector lamps. A one time membership fee enrolls customers into the Lamps 4 Life program that will replace lamps on an exchange. Simply return the expired lamp to BOXLIGHT in exchange for a replacement. The Lamps 4 Life program is a one time fee of $99 for education and government customers and $299 for retail customers.
“We are very excited to announce the Lamps 4 Life warranty program to our customers. Lamps have traditionally been costly to replace – nearly as much as a new projector. BOXLIGHT will require the projector to be sent to its Belfair, WA based service center upon the replacement of 2 expired lamps, within the Lamps 4 Life program. The unit will be cleaned, free-of-charge, and components inspected to ensure premature failures are not a result of another defective component.
